Sibling Name Matcher
Already have an Aarav and a Diya? Enter your kids' names and get baby names that genuinely fit the set — matched by shared cultural origin and popularity level from our database of 200,000+ names across 25 countries. No made-up matches, ever.
Enter 1–3 names, separated by commas.
How this works
How are sibling name matches chosen?
Three real-data signals, no AI guessing: shared cultural origin (the same culture field our name pages and "Names Like X" pages already use), popularity level (suggestions sit in the same popularity band as your existing kids' names, from 25 countries of government birth-registry data), and a sound-clash filter that drops names too phonetically close to the ones you entered — no Gia next to a Jia.
What if you can't detect a cultural origin for my kids' names?
The tool tells you so, visibly, and falls back to popularity-level matching only. We never invent a cultural connection that isn't in our data.
Why do I get both girl and boy suggestions?
Most parents using this tool don't know the new baby's gender yet. Each list is ranked independently using real per-gender popularity data, so you can shortlist both ways.
Do you store the names I enter?
No. Matching happens per request and nothing is saved. The shareable card is generated entirely in your browser — no upload, no server storage.
Can I match against more than one existing child?
Yes — enter up to three names separated by commas. The tool uses the cultural origin they share and the average of their popularity levels.
